This property had an extremely limited scope for increasing the dining and kitchen area due to the extremely limited rear garden space. An infill side extension designed to make use of built in custom joinery was proposed including plenty of external glazing through the use of skylights and tall doors to provide a sense of height and space. The design was further enhanced through the use of custom herringbone brickwork
